  • POLK data: Investigated the problem auto-related verticals when some publishers received POLK errors.
  • PX UI controls styling. Implemented new components: calendar, drop-down menus, pop-up windows, tooltips, icons. UI Kit became more development-oriented: Now each component includes description with its execution process, available options to speed up the development, and alternatives of display.
  • Transactions call report: Fixed an issue when the list of campaigns in the filter was empty and error was displayed if previously multiple buyers were selected in the file.
  • Added custom fields to HOME vertical.

Call Routing – Regions

Configure what regions campaigns should receive leads in a friendly interface. Added a new regions block with two regions options:

  • Nationwide (set by default) – campaign accepts calls from any region without limitations.
  • Custom – allows setting one of alternative Target region levels:

    States – select one or multiple US states to set the target regions for this campaign (by default, all states are selected) ZIP codes – enter, paste the list of target.
    Zip codes – separated by a comma or line break; drag and drop the file (.txt, .csv) into the area or click to upload it (the option can’t be saved unless there’s at least one ZIP code in the area).

If an inbound call does not match the region filters, it’s registered with NoBuyer result in Transaction call report.

Upload Disposition files for multiple campaigns at the same time

Much anticipated, you’re now able to upload a disposition file for all your campaigns at once. Once processed, each campaign is displayed in a separate row in the Disposition table below the upload widget.

Upload disposition for Call campaigns (Beta)

You’re now able to upload disposition for calls bought through PX. Use the disposition widget here to upload disposition for call campaigns. Identify calls by either the CallerID or CallerGUID. You’re able to see each call status in the Transactions call report.

Call publishers can see the results of their calls sold to buyers with aggregated statuses.

Call Routing – Hours of Operation

Configure what hours campaigns should receive leads in a friendly interface. Added a new Hours block with two Hours of operation options:

  • Open 24/7 (set by default) – campaign accepts calls 7 days a week without any time limit;
  • Custom – allows selecting which days of the week campaign receives calls and setting Start and Closing time for selected days (9:00 and 18:00 are set by default).

Hours of operation can also be configured on Call offers

  • Open 24/7 (set by default) ,campaign hour setting are still taken into account;
  • Custom – days and hours of operation can be set manually, campaign hour setting are still taken into account;
  • Aggregate (at least 1 active campaign must be connected) – automatically aggregate all hours of campaigns connected, no editing available. Settings are updated each time when scope, status or hours of destination campaigns is changed;
  • Overlap (at least 1 active campaign must be connected) – automatically overlap hours matching for all connected campaigns, no editing available. Settings are updated each time when scope, status or hours of destination campaigns is changed;

If the call is outside of any hours configured, PX will register a NoBuyer response in Transactions call report.

Call Disposition (pre-Alpha)

Buyers can upload call disposition, view campaign goal as well as upload and process files with call disposition data related to this campaign. Call disposition statuses and custom values can be mapped by either Caller ID or Call GUID. Reporting data on call disposition will follow in the upcoming sprints.

Increase your speed-to-lead, increase performance

Speed-to-lead is one of the most important KPI’s when leveraging real-time leads. In this update, we’ve extended lead-to-call tracking for shared lead campaigns. Each lead will get an individual masked phone number, so tracking can be done accordingly.

View publisher test leads in Test lead report

Publisher accounts created in PX can be configured to be in testing mode in > publisher settings. While in testing mode, leads posted by the publisher will show up in the Test lead reports (Reports > Test lead report). The report shows information about:

  • Pass-back
  • Lead input
  • API response

View when disposition was uploaded/updated by your lead buyers. Added a timestamp below the report title for when disposition was updated last by buyers of your leads. Additionally, Performance vs Average is calculated as the ratio of Leads with disposition to Converted leads.

Implemented adjustments in order to load balancing our ping-post traffic and use a new developed ‘PX broker’ on the live environment.

Other bug fixes and updates

  • Fixed an issue in the Audit Log where the details of certain buyer actions we’re showing.
  • Continued development on Call disposition. Target CPA status and target CPA can now be configured in call campaign settings.
  • Call offers: Fixed an issue when strict comparison by the offer name was used, and some offers couldn’t be found. Now search in Offers Overview works as expected.

Call Tracking and Routing

Offer custom routing rules were added to offer settings. Offers can better maintain a wide variety of multiple publishers and buyers, which creates better access to supply and demand for call buyers and publishers. 

Ping Post

Speed comes first.  Time calculation has been fine-tuned to better optimize PingPost processing speed. Cases were added to handle certain timeout exceptions.

Platform Improvements

  • Fixed a bug for custom value name changes.
  • Added a confirmation popup to Payout Management and Filter management.
  • Export by state for lead post report fixed.
  • Fixed generating a custom phone number: displays an error in some cases.

 

We’re always improving the platform, a number of bugs were fixed creating better performance and usability.

Call Tracking and Routing

This date marks a major release for call routing in PX. Call offer routing went live with a filter-like tree to manage and configure a variety of simple and complicated offer setups with ease:

  • Transfer to destination – make sure all campaigns get an equal amount of calls during the day;
  • Forward to number – re-route the call anywhere.
  • Hang up – end the call

Changes to Call Offers are now being tracked in Audit log report to ensure a proper change management and audit.

Dynamic active/inactive statuses were added to manage offers easier.

Publisher API 2.0

Our team has been working on creating a faster and  more simple Publisher API. The goal is to make integrating any type of form as easy and seamless as possible, with more security for all parties involved. Better connectability = more control. Released 1st version of Publisher settings UI for the testing purposes.

Added more tracking metrics for developers to continually increase performance and stability.

Ping Post Speed Improvements

We are constantly updating our ping post engine, partly to add more features on a constant basis but also to maximize the overall speed. Speed is everything. More speed means PX can handle more ping volume, more/better monetization for our publishers and minimized pings that are being missed for our buyers due to possible time-outs. In this release more Ping post speed improvements, fresh out of the oven: 

  • Processing time reduction for already existing publisher sub-ids;
  • Disposition statuses refactoring to reduce load on the ping post engine.
  • Ability to manage publisher post time-out settings. This allows for our lead buyers to reduce possible ping forwarding and manage overall ping volume

Call Tracking

Our brand new call platform has been getting a lot of love and our dedication for the last couple of months and we’re creating more call features for the next months, to offer you the same robust and sophistication for calls as we have been offering you for leads! In this release, Call Offers (towards publishers) got extensions for better publisher management:

  • Now call offers support multiple promo dial numbers and you can set this by publisher. Max dial numbers limit can be set in the general setting of the Offer.
  • Added offer custom payouts on a publisher level – it can be set individually for each campaign connected.

Call Campaigns

  • Volume & allocation block was enriched with “Concurrent cap” setting, that allows to regulate how many calls a campaign can receive at a time.
  • All changes in call campaigns are now tracked in Audit log report for better support and visibility.

A compliance snippet for Publishers

Publishers now can get an automated buyer lists updates for their sites by injecting a custom PX code snippet. Contact your account manager for more details.

Ping Post 

When it comes to Ping Post – every millisecond counts. This version we’ve added major improvements to this multi-step process:

  • Caps check during ping request is now done in batches and produces much less processing load. The estimated performance impact is +15%
  • Duplicate checks are now x125 times faster, increasing the overall ping processing performance by 5%

Call tracking and routing

  • Call campaigns Payout section now has an option to configure buyer payment scheme for Repeated calls – to be either paid in full or not paid if a repeated call comes within a certain time frame. 
  • Call offers custom payout settings now allow to re-define payout on a promo number level for each connected campaign. 
  • A lot of other call features are currently in progress, like call routing, more payout settings, concurrent caps, multiple promo numbers per publisher+offer and audit log for campaigns.

Filtered leads is calculated much faster and doesn’t slow down the report. On click, you can see a detailed pie chart with exact filter reasons.

Ping Post 

Improved deduplication logic. As a part of Ping Post uptime, implemented time tracking & timeout auto-adjustment for ping requests. It allows reducing the number of timed-out requests in cases where Buyer campaigns are responding slow.

Campaign Filter Management

Updated Filter Management interface with the same logic we’ve rolled recently for Payout rules. View and Edit now separated, making it clear and easy to read and update filters for a campaign.

Call offers: Payouts 

  • Every call offer now has it’s own payout settings to define, how much a publisher will get for a successful call. Fixed price and Rev share pricing models are available and ability to add amount/value when creating or editing the offer. 
  • Call campaigns: New attributes in payout management
  • Call campaigns management now allows controlling the amount a buyer will pay for the call on a specific publisher or a promo number level.

Filtered leads column in Source management

Now PX has more tools to optimize Buyer campaigns performance. “Filtered leads” column and detailed pie chart (available on click) allows seeing the exact reasons why a campaign didn’t get more leads and act upon it.

  • Integration – a new page that allows quickly navigating to PX Open API.
