“We found the pilot to be beneficial. We like how PX leads come in throughout the day and not just at one time.”
“I think PX is on the way to being a great provider. Lots of good things. State Farm agents want mutual customers, which means great credit and low accidents or tickets. They tend to do that well.”
“The leads have been off and on just like most of the lead companies but for the most part my team likes PX leads better than Everquote and Media Alpha”
“Your quick response solved the issue.”
“Uploading the list into my crm was simple – no manual entry needed.”
“These have been great leads so far, please keep them coming.”
“Closed my first policy from yesterday's batch already – nice start!”
“Loving the pilot so far, excited to see where it goes.”
“The zipcode filter option works perfectly for my territory.”
Q: What is the PX Agent Lead Portal?
+A: The PX Agent Lead Portal is an online portal designed specifically for individual agents and businesses to purchase leads for their business activities. Agents can create campaigns, buy leads, return leads, and manage budgets. Agent Lead Portal is built for individual agents, as well as agents operating on behalf of or in affiliation with businesses.
Q: How do I sign up for the Agent Lead Portal?
+A: You can sign up to the Agent Lead Portal at statefarm.px.com. You'll need to provide your first name, last name, phone number, and full address details - including street address, office number, ZIP code, city, state, and country. You'll also need to enter a valid email address, which will serve as your username, and create a password. For certain company-affiliated agents, there may be a custom signup page or specific email domain requirements.
Q: What information do I need to provide during registration?
+A: You'll need to provide your first name, last name, phone number, and full address details - including street address, office number, ZIP code, city, state, and country. You'll also need to enter a valid email address, which will serve as your username, and create a password. Once you've signed up, you'll be prompted to set your hours of operation, define the geographic areas where you want to receive leads, and fund your account for the first time.
Q: What is a "Campaign" in the Agent Lead Portal?
+A: A campaign is how you tell the portal what kind of leads you want. You choose things like lead type (Auto, Home), geography, filters, and budget. Once it’s active, the portal automatically sends you matching leads and uses your account balance to pay for them.
Q: How do I set up my first campaign?
+A: After you sign up and verify your email, you'll be guided to complete your campaign profile by setting your preferred geography, budget limits, availability hours, lead flow pace, and payment method. Once that's done, your campaigns will be automatically created for you.
Q: Where do these leads come from?
+A: The PX Agent Lead Portal is built to serve as an easy, centralized way to buy leads from a wide variety of Publishers and Sources. Dozens of publishers are connected to the portal, giving you direct access to buy real-time leads and calls from them.
Q: What lead types will I receive from PX?
+A: PX will be sending three types of leads: Digital, 1 to 1 Consent, and Branded leads.
These are auto insurance leads, bringing you consumers looking for auto insurance within your area of operation. These leads typically include drivers who are currently insured, licensed, and have clean or nearly clean records — with no DUIs, no at-fault accidents, and not more than one ticket. Some may also indicate homeownership, or multi-car status -providing additional cross-sell potential. Below are the main differences between each lead type:
1. Digital leads: No specific insurance carrier mentioned, the consumer is looking for auto insurance in general. These leads make your "Core" packages.
2. 1 to 1 Consent leads: The consumer consents to State Farm specifically contacting them after they enter their information. These leads make your "Direct" packages.
3. Branded leads: These are high-intent auto insurance leads with consumers who requested information through a State Farm-branded online page. These leads are considered high-value as they were processed through a multi-step State Farm-branded online form, or higher-than-average converting quote sites, that require time and multiple inputs from the consumer. These leads make your "Select" package.
Q: Can I control how much I spend on leads?
+A: Yes. You must have a positive Account Balance to purchase leads. You can set daily and monthly spending caps for your overall account, and these will apply to all your active campaigns. Campaigns will pause if these caps or your Account Balance are reached.
Note: During the pilot phase, all leads are fully subsidized, and you will not be charged.
Q: How are leads priced?
+A: You can view the exact lead price in two ways:
Visit the Lead Pricing section on this landing page for a general overview of lead costs. Or, for your specific campaigns, go to the Campaigns menu in your portal and click View Campaign to see the full campaign details, including lead pricing.
Q: What if I receive a bad lead? Can I return it?
+A: Yes, we have a lead return policy:
You can request to return a lead within seven (7) days of purchase for eligible reasons (e.g., invalid phone number, consumer didn't request a quote, lead doesn't meet campaign filters).
There’s a monthly return cap of 20% of your total purchased leads for that calendar month.
Eligible reasons may vary based on specific agreements.
Your return criteria may differ depending on whether you signed up through an affiliated corporation, by industry, or product type.
You can return leads through the ECRM via the Request For Credit (RFC) function.
Q: I have more than one office – how will that work with my account?
+A: If you have multiple offices/branches, you’ll need to sign up separately for each one using a different email address. Each office will have its own campaigns and leads, and they’ll stay completely separate - so Office 1 won’t be able to see anything from Office 2.
Q: Can my team members have their own logins to the portal?
+A: Not just yet - but we’re actively working on this feature! For now, you can share your login credentials with your team if you'd like them to access the portal. We’ll keep you updated as soon as multi-user support becomes available.
